This is a heartfelt poem that explores the theme of forgiveness and healing. The verses delve into the idea that holding onto past hurts and resentments only weighs us down, and that true liberation comes from forgiving those who have wronged us.
The poem encourages readers to let go of ego and pride and to cherish the limited time they have in life.

Forgiving Hearts
Openly live life, o, friend my dear,
Until death’s touch draws near.
Forgive those who’ve caused you pain,
No need to envy or make any disdain.
God has given all in sufficiency,
Seek forgiveness, grant amnesty.
No need to carry ego and pride,
In this short life, let love be your guide.
Mend the broken bonds, if you can,
For time is short in life’s grand plan.
If someone wronged you, let it be,
In God’s hands, their judgment you’ll see.
Embrace the moments, hold them tight,
Chase away the darkness, let in the light.
Life’s too short for grudges and strife,
Live with love, that is the key to life.
