As you know that I am doing so many exercises for my fitness, including Morning walk, Yoga, swimming, playing TT, etc.
One more new item has been added recently, that is called Gym Ball or physio-ball.
One day, while visiting Gymnasium in our society, I had seen a unique item, i.e. Physio- ball for doing exercise. I was very excited to know about that.
My trainer had said.. this is an exercise ball called physio-ball. That can add some fun and variety to our fitness routine.
Looking to the ball. I remembered those childhood days, how it was so much fun.
That was a simple round object that opportune immense activity and joy in our childhood.
we can still have that childish fun here along with the benefit of shaping our fitness with this Gym ball..
Actually, a gym ball is a large fitness ball that can be used for stretching, muscle building, and maintaining a proper posture. My trainer promised to guide me in our fitness routine for my benefit.
Daily working out with this exercise ball takes traditional strength training to the next level.

I find this as the best equipment that helps me sit up straight and hold yoga postures.
The gym ball is an excellent way to improve posture and balance of our body. .
My fitness trainer told me that, Gym ball exercises engage your entire core, as it supports the lower back during training. It helps you build a good balance, both physically and mentally.
Yes, I am enjoying and feel improving day to day.

I find this gym ball is truly a flat tummy’s friend. As maintaining a seated position forces you to contract the muscles of your lower limbs, it is great to work on your abs while spending little time. It is helpful in building stronger abs if regular exercise is practiced using this Gym ball.

The trainer has acquainted me with another benefit as well. During exercise, this gym ball supports the lower back and hence preventing back pains as well.
As it makes us maintain a good posture, the micro-movements of our body on the ball, help strengthen our back muscles.
