Enjoy Life with Good Habits

Happiness is different for everyone. For me, the freedom to pursue my hobbies is the happiest moment.

 To make life beautiful, someone has told me about some of the good habits which I always remember. I always try to follow them by which I feel myself happy and energetic throughout the day.. I shared Some of them below:

Morning walk

Take 15 to 45 minutes’ walk every day, and when you walk keep smiling. Walking can offer many health benefits to people of all ages and fitness levels. It may also help prevent certain diseases and the way for our long life.

A small study found that taking a 15-minute walk three times a day (after breakfast, lunch, and dinner) improved blood sugar levels more than taking a 45-minute walk at another point during the day.

Yes, walking is free to do and easy to fit into our daily routine. All we need to walking is a sturdy pair of walking shoes.

We should wear loose and comfortable clothing while walking.

Drink plenty of water before and after our walk to stay hydrated.

I go to morning walk for  45 minutes on each day without fail and during walk I listen to light songs to put myself in a cheerful mood and keep away from any type of stress.

Meditation

After doing morning walk, I choose the suitable place in the park to spend at least 15 minutes in silence along with doing yoga and exercise.

Friends, now-a-days , Chaos is a part of our life.  We cannot run away from it. But we can definitely take out a moment of silence to harmonize our mind, body and soul amidst all the noisy and chaotic environments.  15 minutes of sitting quietly provide many health benefits. 

The first thing what I feel when sitting in complete silence is the peace of mind. When working for a long time, our brain and body get tired. Silence certainly helps in synchronizing them together.

As we know that noise and chaos increases our stress and anxiety,  which is why we all feel irritated in a chaotic environment. Whenever I feel overstressed, just get up, find a peaceful corner at a place and simply sit for 10-15 minutes.  That way I get refreshed and stress free.

Meditation also detoxifies our mind by releasing negative thoughts and inducing positive energy.  We should try to distance from negative thoughts, people, and social media . All these are useless things.  Detoxing our brain Keep mental illnesses at bay and we can enjoy our life to the fullest.

Morning Prayer

When you wake up in the morning, pray to ask God’s guidance for your purpose today..After wake up just before leaving bed ,sit on the bed and pray and be thankful to god

O Lord, my God, help me trust you with my decisions and my future. Let me lean on you with all my heart instead of relying on my own imperfect understanding. Give me clear guidance in my life, Lord.

Healthy Food

To keep our body healthy , we have to take a healthy diet because

Food is the fuel of life. Without food, we cannot survive. So it is important for us to know where our food actually comes from. We should eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants. That is the secret to our better health.

Drink plenty of water.

Water plays a much more critical part in our daily lives and our bodies. Our bodies are made up of about 60% water, and every system depends on water. So water is important for healthy skin, hair, and nails, as well as controlling body temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure..

“What we’re finding is that so many people are deficient. Sometimes we find a huge decrease in athletic performance and fatigue that’s caused by the lack of hydration.”

You can stay fully hydrated throughout the day by drinking water and other fluids, as well as eating foods that are hydrating.

Other Good habits are :

  • Try to make at least three people smile each day
  • Don’t waste your time and energy gossiping on negative thoughts or things you cannot control, instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
  • Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a kid..
  • Life is not fair, but it is still good ..
  • Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Forgive them for everything.
  • Be easy, don’t take yourself so seriously.
  • Help the needy, be generous, be a giver, not a taker..
  • Remember that you are too blessed not to be stressed
  • Each night before you go to bed, pray to God and be thankful.
  • Be always grateful to God for what you have and don’t regret the thing you don’t have.

If we honor these things in our habits, then our life will be beautiful and happy.

  1. Another good habit for an enjoyable life is taking just a few minutes to journal. Journaling allows you concretize some of the things you experienced or discovered throughout your day. Even the great Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius used this habit to great effect. Thank you for sharing!

  3. Dalai Lama has said that the main aim of life is to get happiness. There are many ways and we get happiness. Good habit has good result. The blog specified many useful habits for remaining happy and healthy.
