One More Attempt

Come, my dear,
let us sit together for a while
and talk about yesterday.

Not to reopen old wounds,
but to remember
when happiness came so easily
and life seemed to belong to us.

Do you remember
the promises we made,
the dreams we shared,
the moments we thought
would never end?

I remember.

Perhaps you do too.

Maybe somewhere inside you
there are still unfinished dreams,
a few words left unsaid,
a few moments
you wished you had lived.

Now, let them rest.

We cannot go back
and change what happened.
We cannot bring yesterday
back to life.

Yet life is still here—
quietly waiting
for us to fly again.

One broken dream
does not break a life.

Sometimes,
it simply makes room
for another dream.

So,
if your heart still whispers,
“Let us try again…”

listen.

Take one more step.

Make one more attempt.
