# My Heart Whispered #

Morning held me gently—
sky above, earth below,
and a question trembling within:
Who am I?

I searched in silence,
in drifting thoughts,
in everything outside…
but nothing called me by my name.

Then my heart whispered—
so softly I almost missed it:
Not there… here.

In the quiet rhythm,
in the unseen pulse,
in every fragile beat I ignored.

And suddenly I felt it—
I am not something to find…
I am something to feel.

The rest of the day has so many worries, obligations and interruptions, it can seem a bit chaotic and our minds are too busy with these to figure out what or who we are.
