Today’s morning walk becomes a journey inside, where the search for identity moves from the outside to the quiet voice within. It highlights the realization that who we are isn’t something to find but something we truly feel.
# My Heart Whispered #
Morning held me gently—
sky above, earth below,
and a question trembling within:
Who am I?
I searched in silence,
in drifting thoughts,
in everything outside…
but nothing called me by my name.
Then my heart whispered—
so softly I almost missed it:
Not there… here.
In the quiet rhythm,
in the unseen pulse,
in every fragile beat I ignored.
And suddenly I felt it—
I am not something to find…
I am something to feel.

I like how you identify us through how we feel… Wayne Dyer is one of my favorite authors and speakers…and what you think about, you create

That’s such a meaningful connection you’ve made. I really like how you’ve tied that idea together—how our feelings and our focus quietly shape who we become and the reality we experience.
Wayne Dyer had a beautiful way of expressing that truth in such a simple yet powerful way. “What you think about, you create” really does stay with you—it’s one of those ideas that gently changes how you move through life.

Thank you so much 🙂
I’m really glad the poem resonated with you.
“My Heart Whispered” was meant to feel gentle and personal, so it’s nice to know that came through.

Thank you—that’s a lovely takeaway 🙂
If the poem leaves behind even a small feeling of ease or lightness, then it’s done what it was meant to do. “Feeling good” isn’t always constant, but it’s something we can gently return to, again and again.
Glad it resonated with you—wishing you more of those good, steady moments ahead 🌿

We all need quiet time to reflect and morning walks give us that gift. The rest of the day has so many worries, obligations and interruptions, it can seem a bit chaotic and our minds are too busy with these to figure out what or who we are. When are minds are uncluttered, we can finally be. Have a great day. Allan

That’s beautifully said, Allan.
There really is something quietly powerful about those early morning hours—when the world hasn’t quite started demanding anything from us yet. It’s like the mind finally has room to breathe, and in that space, things that felt tangled in the noise start to gently settle.

I love the realization that we aren’t something to find, but something to feel. A profound and calming message for the heart.

That’s a really gentle way of putting it—and it lands softly, like something the heart already knew but forgot to notice.
Maybe we spend so long searching for “what we are” that we miss the quiet truth that being isn’t a puzzle to solve. It’s more like a presence to settle into. Not a destination, not a definition—just something that unfolds when we stop tightening our grip around it.

A soulful exploration of the internal compass, beautifully capturing the moment we stop looking at the horizon for who we are and finally begin to listen to the resonance of our own footsteps.

That’s beautifully said—thank you.
That shift—from scanning the horizon to trusting the sound of your own steps—feels small from the outside, but it changes everything. It’s quieter, less performative, but far more steady.
