# What Comes After Life?

A Soulful reflection

“What After That?” is a reflective poem about life’s pursuit of wealth, love, fame, beauty, and adventure. It asks a fundamental question: What comes next?

Through gentle verses, the poem addresses the temporary nature of our desires and invites us to consider the unknown—death, and possibly what follows.

It encourages us to seek meaning not only in our goals but also in our way of living, loving, and letting go.

What after that?

I’ll gather wealth, reach for the sky,
Buy my dream home, live life high.
Sip fine liquor, feel the thrill,
Chase desires, bend my will.
What after that?

Fall for beauty, speak in rhyme,
Win applause, feel sublime.
Wander lands, both near and far,
Follow dreams like a shooting star.
What after that?

Then comes death, soft and still,
No more striving, no more will.
This body fades, dust to clay,
Elements calling it back one day.
What after that?

A silence deep, a question wide—
Does the soul stay, or does it hide?
Perhaps a spark, perhaps a sigh,
A final breath beneath the sky.
What after that?
We do not know…
But in this quest, we live, we grow.

Yes, life is a journey of moments—some loud with joy, others quiet with reflection—and if it leads us to deeper questions, then perhaps we are already living more meaningfully.

Wishing you a peaceful, inspired, and blessed week ahead too! ✨📚💫

Yes, I truly feel the same—death may not be an end, but a doorway to another beginning.
Just as seasons return and rivers flow endlessly, perhaps we too are part of a greater cycle, reborn with new purpose,
new lessons, and deeper understanding each time.

Your words carry warmth and wisdom, and I’m deeply touched.
May your spirit continue to shine with such light and grace. ✨🙏🌼
