One of my old hobbies was writing poetry. But after joining bank service, this hobby was almost dead.
After my retirement, my mind started bogging to revive again this hobby. And I started writing poetry in Hindi again. Today it has been almost two years and till now I have written 120 poems. and not only that, I am also sharing it with you through the blog.
I feel excited reading your lovely comments. Your words boost my confidence as well.
Although writing poetry was not an easy subject for me, but my friend Kishori Raman is helping me a lot in writing poetry. After my retirement, I am enjoying the art of writing poetry.
I acknowledge that there are some errors in my poems, but do not allow any tampering with the spirit of the poem. Now, It is my passion to write poetry.
Started from the days of lock down
My process of writing this poem started from the days of lock down during the corona pandemic.
In those days, it helplessly imprisoned me in my house and got bored all the time.
At that time, we all needed to be patient, and it was also important to keep ourselves uplifted. I considered this hobby as best suited to that circumstances.
I got an opportunity to express my feeling through my poetry. I find this as a gateway for my emotions. Now, I express my hidden pain and trauma through my poetry.
Yes, Now-a-days I am trying to express my feelings through poetry.
Celebrate the moment
Friends, Whenever I finish a poem or short story. I make it a point to celebrate all day, whether or not anyone noticed, whether or not get it blogged, I have done this something most people never do. This thought gives me confidence and zeal to continue my journey.
Really, when you started, stuck with, and then finished creative work. that is your triumph. That is a feel-good moment.
I think reading my poem might bring a smile to your face in the atmosphere of worry and panic. If this happens, then I will think that I have been able to help my friends in recovering and dealing with this calamity ensuring smiles on their faces..
BE HAPPY….BE ACTIVE….BE FOCUSED….BE ALIVE…
