O, my dear Life,
I have seen you arrive
with unexpected turns,
with doors that suddenly closed,
with nights that seemed endless,
and mornings that asked me
to begin again.
Yet, through every difficulty,
I have seen you smile.
Not because the journey was easy,
not because the storms were gentle,
but because somewhere within you
lived a quiet courage
that refused to surrender.
Yes, I love you, Life,
because you taught me
that falling is not the end,
and losing some battles
does not mean the journey is over.
So, I sail through life
with a simple promise:
I will not be afraid of the waves.
I will not curse the winds.
I will not regret the storms
that made me resilient.
And whenever I look
into the mirror,
I see more than my reflection.
Every scar is a chapter.
Every struggle is a lesson.
Every tear has watered
a hidden garden within me.
And one day,
when I look back at this journey,
I will smile and whisper—

Life is rarely understood while we are living through its storms. Its meaning often becomes visible only when we look back and recognize how each closed door, difficult passage, and unexpected turn shaped our way of moving forward.
Perhaps resilience is not about becoming untouched by the storms, but learning to remain steady while they pass. The scar then ceases to be merely a reminder of pain; it becomes evidence of understanding.
In the end, learning to sail may be more important than wishing for a sea without waves.

Sometimes, we can only find the reason why things happened the way they did, when we turn around and look back. Life is not against us, but it is not always a straight line to ease and happiness. If it was, our achievements would have little value. Happy Wednesday Allan
