# What Is Life?
When life had wings,
we dreamed of touching the sky,
believing every sunrise
held the promise of a miracle.
Then came broken dreams—
silent echoes
that lingered through sleepless nights.
But what is life?
Is it the roads we never took,
the words left unspoken,
or the songs forever unsung?
No.
Life is the courage
to rise after every fall.
The sky does not stop shining
because one cloud passes.
The river does not stop flowing
because one stone blocks its way.
Every setback
teaches the language of resilience.
So gather the scattered pieces,
not to rebuild yesterday,
but to create a dream
that is wiser, kinder,
and braver than before.
For life is not defined
by the dreams we lose,
but by the hope
we choose to carry
into every new sunrise.
