A great homage to the value of the simple walk Verma. People spend a fortune on gym memberships and do not always use them, when walking is always right at hand. We are doing a bit less now while my wife recovers from knee surgery, but we still get out and hope to be up to 5,000 steps and beyond soon. Have a great day. Allan
