# Still Young at Heart #

I once knew love so pure and bright,
It filled my heart with golden light.
In younger days I walked with pride,
Like million suns shining deep inside.

But after years and duties done,
My body weakened one by one.
Yet fate had kept a gift for me,
A joyful path I could still see.

One day I found a ping pong game,
The cheers and claps ignited flame.
I bought a bat, a ball so small,
Not caring for my age at all.

The balls went flying here and there,
But laughter danced around the air.
Each happy sound, each smiling face,
Brought youthful joy and gentle grace.

Then came a pool of shining blue,
A dream I never thought came true.
I was no swimmer, that was clear,
But still I tried without a fear.

My young friends guided me with care,
Their kindness floating everywhere.
I swam, I dived, I felt so free,
As if the waves were blessing me.

Now silver shines within my hair,
But happiness still lingers there.
I smile because the world smiles too,
And skies above still sparkle blue.

I tell my tales of passing days,
Of winding roads and changing ways.
The Universe walks by my side,
In simple joys I now abide.

I have no fear, no grief to hide,
For life still flows like moving tide.
With ping pong songs and waters wide,
I live with laughter as my guide.
