# How Helpful Affirmation Is ?

Hello, my dear friends

I hope this blog finds you in a cheerful and peaceful mood.

Today, I want to talk about a beautiful, life-changing habit that I’ve embraced wholeheartedly – affirmations.

Every morning, I begin my day with a few quiet minutes of affirmation. I’ve been practicing this for a while now, and let me tell you – the change is real, the energy is different, and the results are magical.

Yes, I know – some people wake up with anxiety and stress, while others greet the day with gratitude and joy. I belong to the latter now.

“अगर हम सही-सलामत सुबह उठे हैं, तो यह ईश्वर का आभार व्यक्त करने का एक और मौका है।”
This simple realization fills me with joy. Every morning is a fresh chance to live, laugh, create, and love again.

Affirmations are short, powerful statements that we repeat to ourselves – either silently or aloud – to shift our mindset, energy, and intentions.

They can be about self-love, health, confidence, gratitude, or anything we desire to improve in our lives.

They are like seeds. When nurtured daily, they grow into powerful beliefs that shape our reality.

Affirmations may sound like “just words,” but neuroscience supports their power. Our brain has something called neuroplasticity, which means it can rewire itself based on repeated thoughts and experiences.

When we affirm positive beliefs every day, we begin to replace negative self-talk and build confidence, optimism, and focus.

According to a 2016 study published in Social Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience, self-affirmation activates the brain’s reward system, helping us feel more open to change and less defensive about challenges. Isn’t that incredible?

I used to start my day with news, emails, or rushing thoughts. But now, I start my day with gratitude and affirmation, and it feels like bathing my mind in sunlight.

Some days I repeat:

  • I am healthy, strong, and full of energy.”
  • I trust the process of life.”
  • “I am grateful for this new day and the opportunities it brings.”

These statements seem small, but when I say them with faith and smile, they empower me to face the day with enthusiasm.

Yes, I’ve adopted a simple method called WP 21 Affirmations – 21 powerful affirmations that I repeat every morning. It’s part of my routine now, like brushing my teeth or having tea.

Here are a few of them:

  1. I am worthy of love and respect.
  2. Today, I choose happiness and peace.
  3. I am becoming the best version of myself.
  4. I attract positive energy into my life.
  5. I let go of fear and welcome faith.
  6. My life is full of purpose and meaning.
  7. I am calm, centered, and in control.
  8. Every challenge is a stepping stone to growth.
  9. I radiate kindness and compassion.
  10. I am grateful for this moment.

…and so on. You can customize them according to your needs. Make them yours.

Since adopting affirmations, I’ve observed:

  • Improved mood: I smile more. I complain less.
  • Reduced stress: My reaction to difficult situations is calmer.
  • Better health: Positivity improves immunity – and I feel it.
  • Stronger focus: I get more done with a clear, peaceful mind.
  • Gratitude: I no longer take little things for granted.

And most importantly, I feel connected to myself and to God. Morning affirmations feel like a sacred dialogue – a reminder that I am not alone, and that life is beautiful.

Start simple. Choose just 3 affirmations and repeat them for 21 days. Say them after waking up, while looking in the mirror. Say them with belief, not doubt. You will feel the shift.

Write them in a journal. Stick them on your wall. Whisper them during a walk. But do it daily. Like brushing the soul.

Affirmations are not magic – they are mindset tools. But when practiced consistently with sincerity, they reframe your entire outlook.

So next time you open your eyes in the morning, don’t rush into worry or news.
Pause.🙌
Smile.😍
Say: 👏
“Thank you, God, for another day to live, love, and shine.”

Yes, my friends, we all deserve joy, peace, and confidence.
Affirmations are one gentle way to bring them closer – every single day.

Why not start tomorrow?

With love and light,

  4. Calming post. I’ve tried and failed with affirmations before but recently I’ve been trying to change my mindset/attitude towards workload and have been using affirmations without realising what I’ve been doing. Maybe i just needed the right one(s) to use. Thanks for the moment of reflection

  5. To live in gratitude is to recognize that each day is a gift. Time is told in heart beats to be shared with others– affirming the gift we have been given. When we affirm the gift of the day, affirm/acknowledge it, we are able to lift not only our souls, but the souls of others from the darkness of aloneness, suffering and sorrow. We cannot ignore that darkness, but must be able to look beyond it to see a greater light that is ever present and truly illuminates life. Then we must let that light shine through us and share it with others with compassion and empathy. Each soul lifting the other. This is the beginning of joy and peace not only for ourselves, but others.
