# Stillness That Speaks #

In our fast-paced world, we often overlook the healing effects of stillness. However, in nature—where the wind blows gently and the river flows—there is a calm space away from chaos.

This poem explores the profound wisdom found in silence, where the soul speaks, and the restless mind finds peace.

Stillness That Speaks

In the age of rush, of fleeting days,
I wandered deep where silence stays.
The forest whispered, soft and low,
A place where only stillness flows.

Each hurried thought began to fade,
As golden light met emerald shade.
The rustling leaves, the sighing breeze,
Spoke truths I once refused to see.

In the hush of nature’s tender arms,
I found a peace both fierce and calm.
I closed my eyes—no need to run,
Yes, the war within had just begun.

The river hummed a song so wise,
Mountains watched with knowing eyes.
flowers bloomed, yet made no sound,
And yet their beauty brightened around.

No need for voices, no need for haste,
My pain dissolves as peace takes place.
And in that space of endless rest,
I heard my soul—its own confessed.

So let the world in chaos spin,
I’ll sit where silent truths begin.
For in the hush of nature’s keep,
Stillness speaks—and I will heed.
