  1. We have been eating dates too! We started years ago, but stopped for whatever reason. We have restarted eating them since dropping most processed foods a month or so ago.

    I used to make a dessert out of 2 pecans held like a sandwich on either side of one date. It was a quick pecan pie! I still love that.
