  5. We hold the same views for sure. Due to health issues I was 99% bedridden for years. About 5 years. Then, I got inspired by a friend of mine who is a fitness expert and now I’m exercising almost daily and don’t live in bed anymore. Life changing.

  6. Stretching something I feel so many of us do do enough of. I love doing it in the shower while it’s hot, I feel so renewed afterwards.
