I am not stalking you. It’s just we have so much in common. I tried retiring 5 years ago and it just wasn’t meant to be. I look forward to it. My wife and I were talking about routine. It has been recommended to mix it up a bit. Walking, running, yoga etc as not overdo it. Which we both tend to do.
I need to revisit Coconuts water. I need to jumpstart my water routine. Thanks for the reminder.
