# What Brings Me Happiness #

Dear friends,

Happiness is a state of mind that individuals strive to achieve, but what constitutes happiness is not the same for everyone. Usually, it is an emotional state that is marked by feelings of satisfaction, contentment, fulfillment, and joy.

While happiness can be defined in different ways, it is often associated with positive emotions and a general sense of contentment with one’s life. Here, I would like to share things that bring me happiness.

The first tendrils of happiness each morning arrive with the simple act of waking up. Even in these “elderly days” of mine, the gift of another day to embrace life, to hold loved ones close, fills me with quiet joy.

Yes, It’s a simple truth, yet one that fills me with an immense thankfulness for the time bestowed upon me.

There’s something truly special about a morning walk with my canine companion, along with Yoga and meditation sessions in one corner of the Park. The fresh air invigorates my soul, and the companionship provides a sense of belonging.

Add to that the pleasure of meeting friends in the park for a shared meditation session, and you have a recipe for pure contentment. These moments of connection, both with nature and with others, set the tone for a peaceful and positive day.

The gentle rustling of the leaves, the scent of blossoming flowers, and the sound of birdsong create a serene backdrop for my morning routine. As I engage in Yoga and meditation, the tranquil surroundings enhance my sense of inner peace and mindfulness.
