  2. I hadn’t heard of the Miracle Morning before but I can see how it the may bring benefits. I guess the key thing is to take the time required to incorporate these things into the morning every day.

  3. I will try to include few of these to my routine.

    I do wake up at morning, be silent and read books at peace.

    Exercising is something I don’t do early morning, but I need to add some stretching in the morning regularly.

    I think, if we live by some rules from beginning, we can stay healthy for long
