The current Gaza/Hamas War. Simply not enough for the IDF to up-root Hamas from Gaza. Nature does not tolerate a vacuum. The disaster of the American foreign policy in both Iraq and Libya. Those regime change American wars, resulted in the most bitter Civil Wars in those countries of Iraq and Libya.
Israel made peace with Arafat and the PLO. But the 2006 elections in Gaza established Hamas as the government! If the IDF uproots Hamas from Gaza, then it too must plant the Arab populations of E. Jerusalem and Samaria into Gaza. This dhimmi curse of refugee Arabs requires resolution. Israel stands as the only country to deed Gaza land for the establishment of a PA State.
Arafat said the PLO served as the sole and only representative of the Palestinian People. Israel has an obligation to both our People and the Arab People to ensure that once the IDF uproots Hamas from Gaza, that the PA rules the Gaza City-state.
Victors of Wars assume the powers of determining the borders of other nation-states. The victory of the IDF in Gaza results in a radical change in the balance of power in the Middle East. Had Av Shalom replaced David as king, this would have definitely changed the balance of power in that ancient region.
The Jewish concept of: ‘Moshiach house of David’ would have radically changed the opinions held by all later generations.

We do need a lot of that, openness, dialogue, comprehension, in the Middle East and all over this burning planet of ours, and maybe then, in a more peaceful World, we could tackle environnemental issues more effectively…difficult to be optimistic, but I guess we have to try to be….

The Hamas Defenses that the IDF must overcome. Hamas embraces the strategy of Peoples’ War developed by Ho Chi Minh’s A-symetric war which defeated the United States military superiority in Vietnam. This military strategy prioritizes anti-war social conflict opposition within the imperialist country, like Hanoi Jane Fonda or the Kent State shooting, which killed four students and wounded 9 others protesting against Vietnam. Over actual head-to-head military conflict.
A-symetric warfare recognizes that the enemy enjoys vast military superiority. The Vietcong militarily lost the battle known as the Tet Offensive. But Walter Cronkite declared on National Television that America had lost the war. This announcement compares to the heads of the 10 spies sent to Canaan declaring that Giants ruled the land and the Israelites compared to grasshoppers. Cronkite melted the hearts of the American people to continue fighting that war.
The tactics of trench warfare defines WWI. Israeli complete air superiority forced Hamas to dig deep tunnels. Israel cannot sustain a huge blood bath, like the current Russian/Ukraine trench warfare has produced. This Gaza War in no way compares to the huge tank battles which defined the Sinai and Golan Fronts during the Yom Kippur October War of ’73. This war fought street by street compares to Stalingrad. The defeat of the Nazis at Stalingrad obliterated Germany’s ability to project Offensive Warfare thereafter. The winter offensive known as “the Battle of the Bulge” collapsed as fast as it started; Germany had already exhausted its military depth to conduct war.

Israel’s TWO STATE Solution, based upon the post WWII population transfer of Germans from the Czech Republic and Poland.
The barbaric slaughter of 1400 Israelis and over 250 hostages, this abomination carried out by NOT Hamas alone but by all Palestinian political organizations including the PA. The time has come to remove the Palestinian pricks poking the Israeli nation, by a forced population transfer of PA Arab populations from E. Jerusalem and Samaria to Gaza – the Israeli established Palestinian state from 2005 to present.
Only Israel has deeded land for the establishment of a Palestinian State. Land for Peace applies equally to Arab countries, not just to Israel. Israel has deed land, Gaza, for an Independent Palestinian State. Time that Arab countries stop their Palestine Occupied Territories political rhetoric propaganda and deed land in the Sinai to enlarge the borders of Gaza for the Arabs removed from E. Jerusalem and Samaria to live as free citizens in their own Palestinian country, a member of the community of nations in the Middle East.

Captagon, tramadol, marijuana, or ecstasy and happiness pills, as locals call them, poured into the Gaza Strip in large quantities compared to the relatively low population of Gaza amounting to slightly over 2 million people. An exceptionally popular drug in the Middle East, Captagon produced cheaply, with a street value of between £4 and £15, in countries including Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, and Syria.
“It is known that ISIS finances its terrorist activities in large part with the trafficking of synthetic drugs produced largely in Syria, which has become the leading world producer of amphetamines in recent years,” police said. The UK and the U.S. have raised concerns over Captagon production in Syria, claiming it is “worth approximately 3 times the combined trade of the Mexican cartels”.
Hamas militants, who were killed in the surprise attack on Israel on October 7, were found to have consumed Captagon – produced in southern Europe and gets trafficked to the consumer markets present in the Arabian Peninsula via Turkey, as per local media reports.
The reports of drugged militants surfaced after the pills were discovered in the pockets of many Hamas terrorists who were killed on Israeli soil. The stimulant drug, which is also called the “cocaine for the poor”, gave the terrorists a sense of calmness and indifference when they killed the civilians. In 2020, Captagon’s exports from Syria reached a minimum of $3.5 billion — a figure five times greater than the combined value of the country’s legal export industries, estimated at just over $700 million, the Jerusalem Post reported.

Find it rather interesting that the Framers of our Gemara have pre-chewed these tiny sugyot into bit sized bites. As if they expected children to study the Gemara of ברכות. These small sugyot break the mussar p’shat down to easily digestable sizes.
However, if you read the Talmud like as does dof yomi, then the subtlety of this genius of Framing and editing – throws out the bath water together with the baby. Until I met Rav Nemuraskii, not even Rav Waldman prioritized sugya integrity. This unique sh’itta taught by Rav Nemuraskii has impacted how i approach the study of Gemarah.
I cannot comment upon my practice of Gemara, seeing that my perspective views Torah as a political Constitutional document, and Talmud as the ideal model of Jewish lateral common law jurisprudence within our society of Israel today.
Clearly my hostility toward the religious statute law halachic codifications, which serve as the spine of religious Judaism, has impacted how my private personal life conduct shapes itself. Absolutely reject the Neturei Karta ‘Torah True Judaism’ as nothing other than tumah arrogance on par with the ‘Blood Libel Slanders’ Goyim Churchmen employed as their excuse to murder Jews by their Easter pogroms.
The idea of separation of church and State, an 18th Century American & French revolutionary idea, truly appeals to me. As does the concept that the Government MUST NEVER enter into the business of establishing Corporate Monopolies which dominate trade and commerce within the National economy of Israel.

My sarcasm perhaps excessively drips over my personal contempt for post Rambam Talmudic scholarship. The absolute failure of Yeshiva education to discern between common law vs. statute Roman law! An error repeated by generation after generation after generation, remains an error.
This false conversion which calls evil good and good evil, an absolute abomination which scars my nostrils with its absolute stench … which the Yeshiva world now emphatically praises, as the finest sweet smelling perfume. The equivalent of growing pig meat in a test-tube and calling it kosher.
As a baali t’shuva, I still sometimes walk into Russian stores and touch the glass which holds behind it, pork cuts of meat. I love the taste of pork and shrimp and lobster.
Honestly if test-tube meats exactly duplicated the taste of pork meat etc, I just might cave to my taivah tumah Yatzir hunger to eat such meat in conjunction with my taivah for free sex. The taivah love for tobacco and marijuana, has already caused me to behave like a dog who returns and eats its own vomit.
Hence my tendency to distance myself from Rav Shlomo Carlebach, and his medieval minstrel singing style. Acknowledge and validate its appeal. But for me, its just too close to the peasant ways of European kulture that dominated those g’lut societies before the American/French revolutions transformed peasants into citizens; created יש מאין citizens who have rights!

The over 200 kidnapped captives a clear priority. However Israel fights a regime change war. The total unconditional surrender of Hamas defines the Will of the People of Israel to achieve justice for the slaughter of some 1400 Israelis on October 7th. Just that simple.

Hundreds storm Russian airport to protest Israel flight. Hundreds of people have stormed into the main airport in Russia’s Dagestan region and onto the landing field to protest the arrival of an airliner from Tel Aviv, Israel and Russian news agencies reported.
Authorities closed the airport in Makhachkala, the capital of the predominantly Muslim region, and police converged on the facility. Russian news reports said people in the crowd were shouting anti-Semitic slogans and tried to storm the airliner belonging to Russian carrier Red Wings.
Video on social media showed some in the crowd on the landing field waving Palestinian flags, protesters attempting to overturn a police car and others checking the passports of passengers who had arrived in Makhachkala.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs for Russia’s North Caucasian Federal District, where Dagestan is located, stated that CCTV footage would be used to establish the identities of those who stormed the airport, and that those involved would be brought to justice.
Dagestan Governor Sergei Melikov was more assertive in his criticism of the protesters, and promised consequences for anyone who took part in the storming of the airport. “The actions of those who gathered at the Makhachkala airport today are a gross violation of the law!… what happened at our airport is outrageous and should receive an appropriate assessment from law enforcement agencies! And this will definitely be done!” he wrote on Telegram.

Golda’s government collapsed after the Yom Kippur War. I suspect the same will happen to the current government following the Hamas unconditional surrender to the IDF. The vision of PM Sharon, may it stand. Israel deeded the land of Gaza for a Palestinian State.
Post War a blessing upon Israel that our Government makes a population transfer of Arabs; the refugees currently temporarily residing within E. Jerusalem and Samaria – to Gaza. In order to establish a PA ruled Gaza Palestinian state and permanently end the refugee status of Palestinians since their 1948 and ’67 defeats.
Returning Gaza to Israeli government jurisdiction likewise returns 2.5 million Arab dhimmi refugees. The Jewish state needs to remove foreign Arab alien populations from living within the borders of Israel. And NOT more than double the number of Arabs living under the Administration of the Jewish state.

Remember your failure to observe the language of the Mishna in מנחות parallel vessels of the Mishkan contrasted by perpendicular position of the Ark of the covenant vis-a-vis to the other vessels of the Mishkan? Interpreting, based upon a sh’itta (A logical methodology. Logic based upon Order) of a Gemara sugya(sug-chapter) בנין אב(precedent), means making a משנה תורה\{common law} interpretive learning of the Mishna common law legal system.
Statute law has no such learning discipline, which requires interpreting a halachic ruling learned in context by contrasting that halachic opinion to fit it within the language of a far greater Mishnaic authority. For this reason alone statute law halacha, as in, for example, the codification of the Shulchan Aruch — just flat out wrong. No exceptions to this rule. Rav Nemuraskii, my Rav, did not take, the above opinion, to this extreme. Statute law halacha – exceptionally easy to learn. Rav Nemuraskii instructed baali t’shuva students who had no Torah background whatsoever at all. But you and I, we both have learned the Sha’s Bavli, do not qualify as snotty nose assimilated kids, who never learned Talmud in their entire lives.
But Rav Nemuraskii did encourage me, when I first came to him as a University educated left wing Socialist, to study these statute law codes … with a stern warning! To learn these statute halachic codes within the context of its sugya of Gemara, and then use that knowledge of that Gemara sugya to relearn the language of the Mishna of that Gemarah. [[The Universal chief flaw of the Rambam statute halachic code, his failure to bring Gemara sources for all his halachic rulings. The Tur and Shulkan Aruch duplicated this Universal error. Statute halachic codes כאילו equate Gemara halacha as equal to and on par with Mishnaic sources. This logical error which attempts to “equivocate”(כאילו) the authority of the Gemara equal to that of the Mishna, alas a very common logical falacy.]]
This latter learning step, all the Reshonim commentaries ever written on the Talmud failed to learn the Gemara as a precedent to re-interpret the k’vanna of the language of its Mishna. But no commentary can replace the Primary source which the commentary explains. The Gemara has a commentary relationship to the Mishna. The scholarship of the Reshonim fundamentally erred in their failure to discern between Primary and Secondary sources of scholarship. The same error likewise ocurred in how the Reshonim (950CE to 1400CE) learned the T’NaCH, which tended to restrict scholarship to a טיפש פשט rather than learn the T’NaCH as mussar משנה תורה {Common mussar Law}.
The fundamental distinction which fundamentally separates Aggadita from Halacha in the Talmud: the former addresses mussar common law precedents whereas the latter compares Halachic precedents to similar {parallel} Halachic precedents.
Rav Nemuraskii opposed learning the Mishna based solely upon the טיפש פשט\Bird-brained, simple reading of the language of the Mishna. He drilled this contempt for טיפש פשט learning into my consciousness! The sh’itta Geh-Geh (a family member) learns, he became a Rav based upon the Shulchan Aruch. The way he perceives the Talmud, compares to the way that Xtians view the “Old Testament”!
Xtian replacement theology has subsumed the T’NaCH. Making the T’NaCH as a secondary source vis a vis their new testament forgery, a document on par with, in my estimation, to the Czarist secret police, late 19th Century forgery known as the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. My contention, that the Gospels exists as — a Roman forgery. The statute halachic codes: the Yad Chazaka, Tur, & Shulkan Aruch they have effectively replaced Talmudic common law scholarship, just as the noise new testament has replaced, in order of priority and importance, their Old Testament.
JeZeus did not know how to make the required הבדלה {distinction} that separates and distinguishes איסר מלאכה מן איסר עבודה {skilled labor from unskilled labor}. JeZeus never kept the זמן גרמא מצוה שבת. This type of Torah commandment stands upon the יסוד יראת שמים\{foundation of mastery of a Good Name}.
JeZeus did not know that the Torah defines אמונה\{faith} as צדק צדק תרדוף\{the pursuit of justice}.
