I feel lucky that I have developed my hobby of drawing and painting. My drawing and painting keep me enjoying my retired life in a better way.
As I made a resolution to draw 1100 sketches in this new year, here are sketches that made by me on the first day of this new year 2023. My journey in art and drawing went smoothly till now and I hope will continue with new zeal and enthusiasm.

Mindfulness is nothing but your ability to stay in present, and in tune with your thoughts, emotions, and sensations in your body.
If you live with anxiety and tension, this might affect your health in a big way. If you want to get rid of anxious thoughts, spend some time sitting with your art session. Hold a pencil in your hand and sketchbook before you and fully live up to that moment.
Yes, spending some time with your brush and colored pencil and your sketches help in keeping away anxious thoughts and unhappy moment.
It helps in learning to identify difficult emotions and importunately helps in improving emotional regulation.
