Friends,
We use to be frequently stressed, often tired, and difficult in finding peace of mind, and sometimes we are just looking for greater meaning and purpose in life. Really the life of today is stressful.
This is due to daily pressures and challenging situations that we use to handle in our life.
We think of these overwhelming feelings as the result of an unbalanced supply and demand of our emotional resources. By doing meditation we can control our stress levels..

Meditation requires practice :
Meditation is a simple way of freeing your mind, forgetting about daily anxieties, and focusing on mental relaxation. Meditation is the process of continuous focus on one object for a prolonged period of time. It is a gentle, subtle method that does not require any force or pressure on the mind. This result in increased concentration and focus.
Just like developing any other skill, meditation requires regularity of practice. There are common misconceptions that meditation is something difficult, which requires years of practice to achieve any kind of result. This is simply untrue. People often report feeling the benefits of meditation immediately after their first session. You can begin today and experience it yourself with just a few steps. …

Meditation helps in experiencing a deepening sense of joy & love :
There is the million-dollar question .. how can meditation help?
By creating space in our minds, meditation allows us to discern which demands on our emotional and energy resources are valid and which aren’t. We begin to see the big picture with more clarity and a sense of openness, and this makes both our situation and our state of mind more workable.
Mark Twain said, “The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” The latter is when you are knowing yourself.
Yes, in this situation we are in need of Yoga and Meditation. That is a well-proven exercise and can be used by anyone, anywhere. Whether you want to learn how to relax, need to be more concentrated and creative, or are searching for personal enlightenment, Yoga & Meditation can satisfy each of those needs.

The literal meaning of the word ‘yoga’ is the ‘union’ of our individual consciousness, soul, with the infinite, eternal bliss, Spirit.
To achieve this union and free ourselves from all forms of suffering —
Yoga is a time-tested and systematic process. This enables the meditator to withdraw prana, the life force, from the sensory and motor nerves. This is a process known as pranayama.. Lifeforce control, and direct it to higher centers of awareness within the spine and brain.
Meditation enables us to discover the truth that as the indwelling soul, we are untouched by the dualities and trials of the world;
we are and always have been one with the blissful Infinite. Such profound understanding can eventually come to each one who practices the right methods of meditation under the guidance of a true guru.
Through the steady practice of yoga meditation, we all can experience a deepening sense of joy, love, compassion, and peace. And as these changes happen within ourselves, their influence also spreads outward, by an unseen law, first to our immediate family and community and then to the world at large.

As Paramahansa Yogananda said, “Reform yourself and you will reform thousands.”
One great benefit of yoga is that a sense of oneness and kinship with all humanity develops in the meditator. Regardless of one’s spiritual beliefs, or lack thereof, whoever practices the science of yoga will eventually realize that the Divine is in everything and everyone.
Friends, we should practice Guided meditations and Yoga that provide fundamental instructions in mindfulness practice with a focus on understanding and reducing stress.
Together, meditation practice and insightful learning serve as a catalyst for growth in our ability to overcome stress. Stay happy, Stay healthy.
