The lesson of Happy Life

Friends

The mission of our life is to end the miseries of material existence and attain a blissful life. We are constantly searching for happiness.

In reality, we often fail in our pursuit. We may get a glimpse of happiness, but it does not last forever.

We do not want miseries, but we cannot avoid them. It is not in our hands but in God’s hand.

Scriptures inform us that we are spiritual beings, part, and parcel of the Supreme Lord Sri Krishna.   By nature, we are full of happiness. Then, why do we suffer? How do we rediscover the lost happiness and lead a blissful life?

That is a pertinent question.

There are certain lessons which we should learn in life that can be useful for our happy life.  I am not just writing that lesson on this paper but I will print them in my mind also.

Self-love is the key to a happy life.:

It is the unconditional support, self-care, and compassion we give to ourselves that ultimately results in good health, great self-esteem, happiness, and total balanced life. Self-love is showing respect for ourselves and our well-being.

Yes, Self-Love Is the Key to getting anything and everything we want.

Self-love is a choice we make in every moment of every day for the rest of our life. Just like If we join a gym to strengthen our physical muscles, we have to exercise our self-love muscles in much the same way. We do this through practice, commitment, and consistency.

When we become aware of the way we relate to ourselves, learn to cultivate self-compassion, and take action on doing the things that truly light us  up inside, we are laying the foundation to develop a beautiful relationship with the most important person in our life i.e. ourselves.

Improve your self-esteem :.

Self-esteem means you mostly feel good about yourself. self-esteem is your opinion of yourself and your abilities. It can be high, low or somewhere in-between. It is important to improve our self-esteem to make life happy., here are some of the tips..

-Identify and Challenge Your Negative Beliefs.

-Identify the positive about yourself. …

-Build Positive Relationships—and Avoid Negative Ones.

-Give Yourself a Break. …

-Become More Assertive and Learn to Say No.

-Improve Your Physical Health. …

-Take On Challenges.

-Use positive affirmations correctly. …

-Identify your competencies and develop them. …

-Learn to accept compliments. …

-Eliminate self-criticism and introduce self-compassion. …

Focus on what you can change:

It is easy to get hung up on all the things that are out of our control, but it won’t achieve much. Instead, we should try to focus our energy on identifying the things that are within our control and seeing what we can do about them.

Just write down one thing that you’re not happy with, and three ways you could change it. Try this, it will work.

Do what makes you happy:

It is the fact that if we spend time doing the things we enjoy, we’re more likely to think positively and we will be filled with positivity. I usually schedule a little time every day for drawing and painting and also playing Table tennis which makes me happy. whenever doing the things of our choice,  that time is precious for me.

Celebrate the small stuff:

Every day while playing table tennis I generally celebrate my win with my friends which keeps me going. I think that celebrating the small victories is a great way to build confidence and help in feeling happy all day ..

Try this,  Write down three things you did well at the end of each day.

Do not compare :

Comparing yourself to other people is a sure-fire way to start feeling crummy. We should try to focus on our own goals and achievements, rather than measuring them against someone else’s. No one needs that kind of pressure.

Exercise & Yoga :

Exercise is a great way to increase motivation, practice setting goals, and build confidence. Breaking a sweat also cues the body to release endorphins, the feel-good hormones. Yoga too is a very useful tool to keep our minds cool and stay happy.

Nobody is  perfect :

We should always strive to be the best version of ourselves, but it’s also important to accept that perfection is an unrealistic goal. No one is really perfect in this world.   We should be focused and do our best. It will definitely make life happy.

What I realize is that people don’t really care about what others are doing because they have their own problems to take care of.

That realization is nothing but a way to feel happy and motivated.

Friends, Life is unpredictable, so stop making plans and go with the flow. Happiness cannot be chased; it is a personal choice. so, always do your best. What you plant now, you will harvest later.

Stay happy…Stay blessed.
