But the truth is that sometimes months go by without smiling. One of the biggest challenges we are facing today is to stay optimistic, stay happy due to pandemic .
We are living in the situation where experiencing big changes and are bombarded daily with bad news; stories that affect us and our mental status.. We are easily trapped in the wave of negativity brought by different social media. And this corona is working as a fuel in the fire.
It brings us an unconscious feeling of comfort when we think, “At least that didn’t happen to me, right?” This is not a positive mindset for us,
We are lucky enough to have the skills available within us.
Yes, We have the power to change negativity to positivity.
we must go forth into the future with the goal of making our mindset where bad news or bad situations do not shake our mind. To achieve this, we must be optimistic about our chances for success. Without optimism, we cannot move forward.
