In our previous fitness blog “After a shaky 2020”, in the series of fitness tips, we have already discussed about Pilate a method of exercise that consists of low impact flexibility and muscular strength.

Now. we would like to discuss about yoga in this bog. Yoga has been in our culture, designed for both menand women in India over 5,000 years ago.

It is all about connecting human consciousness with the universal consciousness through physical activities. This is necessary for the wellness of our body i.e. finding the right balance between physical, mental, social and financial health.

Yoga also involves meditation and deep breathing which are very helpful in distressing and relaxation.
