It is true that we are going through a very frightening situation these days. It is not known when the situation will be normal.
But it is a universal truth that bad times have an end and good days begin.
And there is a good thing that the cases of corona are gradually decreasing.
We are hoping that the second wave of corona is going to end soon, but friends, our scientist says that the third wave of corona may also be on the way..
So, we need to be more careful now.
Now we have to protect ourselves, our family and our society too.
Some basic rules have been suggested by the government which we have to follow honestly.
Here I would like to discuss something in this regard.
Vaccination:
Vaccination is among the few ways we have to defeat the corona virus. India’s vaccination program is on full swing .
All the states started its vaccination on mission mode. now, the government has declared free vaccines to all. A special drive to vaccinate auto drivers, rickshaw puller, vendors and labourer has been launched.
It is our duty as citizen to say, I have already vaccinated you should also get vaccinated if not yet done.

MASK UP :
In the fight against corona, masks have emerged as a strong, protective armour for source control and prevention. Mask wearing is not a choice but it is necessity. We have to develop habit of mask that will eventually protect us and other around us.
While the covid number are on decline, once again it is time to continue wearing masks so as to prevent third wave.
we can help our society to provide new mask to any person who needs it and cannot afford it.
Social distancing & Hygiene:
It is time to ensure self and others for observing personal hygiene, social distancing and avoiding moderate or large gathering. Use of hand sanitizer , avoid unnecessary visit to restaurant, Park etc.

Looking after our mental health
The new realities of working from home, temporary unemployment, home-schooling of our children, and lack of physical contact with other family members, friends and colleagues are causing stress and depression.
Adapting to lifestyle changes such as these, and managing the fear of contracting the virus and worry about people close to us who are particularly vulnerable, are challenging for all of us. It is therefore difficult for us to maintain mental health conditions.
Fortunately, there are lots of things that we can do to look after our own mental health and to help others who may need some extra support and care.
Here are tips and advice that we hope you will find useful.

- Keep informed.
Listen to advice and recommendations from your national and local authorities.
Follow trusted news channels, such as local and national TV and radio, and keep up-to-date with the latest news from @WHO on social media. - Have a routine.
- .Keep up with daily routines as far as possible, or make new ones.
- Get up and go to bed at similar times every day.
- Keep up with personal hygiene.
- Eat healthy meals at regular times.
- Exercise regularly.
- Allocate time for working and time for resting.
- Make time for doing things you enjoy.
3. Minimize newsfeeds.
Try to reduce how much you watch, read or listen to news that makes you feel anxious or distressed. Seek the latest information at specific times of the day, once or twice a day if needed.
4. Social contact is important.
As our movements are restricted, we should keep in regular contact with our close friends and relatives. over telephone and online social media
.5. Alcohol and drug use.
Limit the amount of alcohol if you drink regularly. It is better to avoid drink alcohol at all. Avoid using alcohol and drugs as a way of dealing with fear, anxiety, boredom and social isolation.
There is no evidence of any protective effect of drinking alcohol for viral or other infections. In fact, the opposite is true as alchohal is associated with increased risk of infections and worse treatment outcomes.

3. . Screen time.
Due to lockdown, we share more and more time in front of screen ..laptop or mobile.
Be aware of how much time you spend in front of a screen every day. Make sure that you take regular breaks from on-screen activities.
4. Video games.
While video games can be a way to relax, it can be tempting to spend much more time on them than usual when at home for long periods. Be sure to keep the right balance with off-line activities in your daily routine.
5. Social media.
Today, social media is very effective tools to promote anything.
6. We should use our social media accounts to promote positive and motivational stories . I am doing this through my Blog..
7. Help others.
If you are able to, Please offer support to needy people around you who may need it, such as helping them with food, medicine etc.
8. Attitude of Gratitude :
It means making it a conscious habit to express thankfulness and appreciation for every part of your life.
Having an attitude of gratitude means you operate from a place of abundance, rather than scarcity. You feel happier and more positive.
There are many ways to develop Attitude of Gratitude habbit . I have already posted in a separate Blog ,link of which is given below..

Very nice information. We should take care and alert ourselves for the future. We always obey the instructions of government and not the opposition parties. Government is of the people ,for the people and by the people.
