# Life Keeps Moving #

A gentle reflection on life’s endless journey—how it moves through joy and sorrow, darkness and light, always encouraging us to keep walking, keep dreaming, and begin again with hope.

# Life Keeps Moving #

Every morning,
life wakes us gently—
sometimes with laughter,
sometimes with tears.

It pulls us from the fog
and points us toward the light,
then quietly teaches us
to hold on to our dreams.

Look at that little bird—
each morning it carries
a tiny twig in its beak,
building its nest
one small effort at a time.

As if it has met the sun
and returned
with a little borrowed light
and enough courage
to begin again.

Life never promises
that tomorrow will be clear.
It only whispers,
“Keep walking.”

Today may bring sunshine,
tomorrow may bring rain.
We don’t know
what waits around the bend—
and perhaps
that is the beauty of life.

So don’t stop.

Let yesterday rest.
Let tomorrow arrive
when it is ready.

Carry your dreams,
carry your hope,
and take one more step.

Because life
doesn’t wait for us.

**It keeps moving—
through darkness,
through light,
through joy,
through tears…

Yes,
life keeps moving.

  2. What a beautiful and poignant reflection, Verma ji. The way you’ve woven the metaphor of the little bird, tirelessly building its nest with borrowed light, is truly touching. It’s a gentle reminder that even our smallest efforts carry the seeds of hope and renewal. Thank you for this soulful nudge to keep walking, to let yesterday rest, and to trust the journey. Your words resonate deeply. 🙏

I’m truly touched that the little bird and its borrowed light resonated with you. Sometimes the simplest images carry the deepest truths—hope can be fragile, yet it keeps urging us to build, begin again, and move forward.
