# Over a Cup of Tea #

Sometimes, the best therapy isn’t advice—it is a warm cup of tea shared with a caring heart.❤️

Life doesn’t always provide clear answers, but it sometimes gives us something more valuable—a quiet moment, a warm cup of tea, and a friend who listens.

This poem reflects on hope, memories, healing, and the silent talks that connect us. It reminds us that life’s simplest moments can be the most meaningful.

❤️Over a Simple Cup of Tea,

Life keeps asking questions,
while my heart often has no answers.
Come, let us sit for a while,
and let a quiet cup of tea
speak the words we cannot.

The rising steam carries away
a little worry,
a little loneliness,
and gently leaves behind
a little hope.

Tea has a silent wisdom.
It reminds us that
even boiling water
can become a source of comfort
when it embraces the right leaves.

Some memories return as tears,
others arrive with a smile.
Let us welcome them all,
for every memory has quietly shaped
the people we have become.

Here’s to new beginnings,
to courage after every fall,
to mornings that still believe in tomorrow,
and to hearts that never stop hoping.

If a single cup of tea
can bring two souls closer,
perhaps happiness
has never been far away.

So come…
before life rushes us onward once again,
let us cherish this simple moment.

For sometimes,
the deepest conversations
need no grand occasion.

They begin with silence,
grow through shared smiles,
and linger forever…

over a simple cup of tea.❤️

    • 😊 That’s wonderful! For you, it’s coffee; for me, it’s tea. Both have a special way of slowing us down, inviting meaningful conversations, and making life’s simple moments even more enjoyable.

Cheers to many more peaceful cups! ☕🍵

  6. I love this poem because tea time is my favorite time! 😊🫖 Sipping tea really does take your worries away, as you mentioned in your poem. There’s just something about the warmth and slow pace of sipping tea. It’s therapeutic!

I always look forward to my morning tea. My kids even love it now. 😄

I love the rhythm of my morning tea routine. Every morning I make a black tea blend for myself and an herbal tea for the children. I give them tea and one homemade cookie to eat after their breakfast.

On Sundays, I make tea for my husband and I. I put on jazz music, and we sit and talk in the kitchen.

I could go on and on about my love for tea! Lol 😅 Your poem is beautiful! Wishing you a cozy tea time. 🫖😊
