Where My Words Bloom is a touching look at resilience, solitude, and the healing strength of poetry. It shows that words are not just expressions; they are friends that turn pain into hope, silence into strength, and everyday moments into cherished memories.
Ultimately, it is not fame that matters, but the kindness and courage our words leave in the hearts of others.
Where My Words Bloom
I do not wrestle with life—
I sit beside it,
patiently untying the knots
it leaves in my hands.
Some days,
my heart is heavier than my smile.
The world never notices,
and perhaps it doesn’t need to.
I have learned
that peace is not found;
it is quietly borrowed
from the crowded hours of life.
When night closes its eyes,
my pen spreads its wings.
Silence begins to speak,
and emotions, long imprisoned,
find the courage to breathe.
Every poem I write
is a conversation with my soul—
a place where tears lose their weight
and hope begins to whisper again.
People ask what keeps me going.
Not success.
Not applause.
Just the quiet faith
that every honest word
plants a flower
in someone’s unseen garden.
And if, one day,
my footprints disappear from the earth,
I hope my poems will remain—
whispering to lonely hearts,
“You are stronger than you know,
and your story is not yet over.”

Thank you so much! 🙏💖 I’m truly touched that those lines resonated with you. I believe every sincere word has the quiet power to brighten a heart we may never meet. If this verse planted even the smallest flower in your garden, then it has fulfilled its purpose.
Thank you for your kindness and encouragement. 🌸😊

Words tied to sentences to paragraphs to idea, hopes and thoughts.
And somewhere underneath lies emotion and feelings.
An observation
Working with a three year old brings this home.
When I have to say to Yafa,
Use your words
It’s a process, we as adults do not always master.

Beautifully observed. 🌹 Your reflection reminds us that words are much more than sounds—they carry our thoughts, emotions, and humanity. It’s touching how working with little Yafa has revealed such a profound truth. Even as adults, we are still learning to “use our words” with kindness, honesty, and compassion.
Thank you for sharing this gentle yet powerful insight. 🙏

This is a beautiful piece, Verma ji. The way you’ve woven solitude and strength together—especially the image of sitting beside life, untangling its knots rather than wrestling with it—feels profoundly wise and tender.
The lines that struck me most were:
“Every poem I write / is a conversation with my soul— / a place where tears lose their weight / and hope begins to whisper again.”
There’s such quiet bravery in that. And the closing stanza—about footprints disappearing but poems remaining to whisper courage to lonely hearts—is the kind of truth that stays with a reader long after the page is turned.
Thank you for reminding us that words are not just ink and paper, but gardens we plant in each other. This piece is a balm. 🙏

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a thoughtful and beautifully written response. 🙏🌹 I’m deeply touched that the poem spoke to you in the way I had hoped. Your reflections on those lines have given them an even deeper meaning for me.
I truly believe that poetry is a quiet conversation between souls, and when a reader connects with it so profoundly, the poem finds its true home. Your beautiful thought that “words are gardens we plant in each other” is something I will cherish.

This is beautiful, Vijay ji.
The line about every honest word planting a flower in someone’s unseen garden says so much about the purpose of writing.
We rarely know whose life our words may touch, but that quiet possibility is reason enough to keep writing.
Your poems always carry that sense of sincerity. Thank you for sharing another heartfelt piece.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and heartfelt words. 🙏 Your reflection on that line means a great deal to me, because it captures exactly what I hope writing can do—to quietly touch hearts, even in ways we may never fully know.
