# Good Morning, Life #

This is a poem that celebrates new beginnings. It reflects gratitude for waking up, finding hope after weariness, and embracing each day as a fresh chance to live, smile, and try again.

# Good Morning, Life #

Morning comes with gentle feet,
Soft light spills across the street.
The night is gone—now feels like fun,
I walk and greet the rising sun.

Morning says, “You made it through.
See? The sky is turning blue.”
Even pain must rest awhile
When the day begins to smile.

Birds wake up and start to sing,
Small hearts trusting everything.
In their songs, so pure and true,
Life feels possible again, too.

I was tired. I was worn.
Still, you came—another morn.
You did not ask who I had been,
You simply said, “Smile again.”

O, dear Morning, hear me say,
I love you more in every way.
You give this gift, so clear, so true:
A chance to try. A chance to live.

So I rise—not strong, but here,
Holding hope instead of fear.
Good morning, life—I softly say,
Thank you for this brand-new day.

  2. Dear Verma ji, Good morning 🙏
This poem carries a quiet warmth that feels deeply human. Its gentle gratitude, free of drama or urgency, turns morning into an act of mercy rather than momentum.
By honoring weariness without being ruled by it, the poem reminds us that hope does not arrive loudly, it simply arrives, faithful and new.

    • Thank you so much, Srikanth. Your words met the poem with the same care and attention that inspired it in the first place. I’m deeply touched by how you named that “quiet, profound growth”—that’s exactly the soil the poem was hoping to rest in.

I love how you describe the tree’s currency as time, courage, and faith. That reflection feels like a continuation of the poem rather than a response to it, and I’m grateful for that shared understanding. May the year ahead offer you the same—steady roots, patient tending, and moments where growth reveals itself softly, almost without asking.

      With warmth and gratitude,

  3. Excellent poem, with beautiful rhyme and rhythm!
I can relate to the thoughts, as I wish you a very Good morning, with new hopes for a new beginning.
So thoughtful of you to include the elements of Mother Nature in the poem.
Nature is the ultimate inspiration and it fills us with hope and belief, each morning.
    Thank you for sharing. ☀️

    • Thank you so much for this warm and thoughtful response. I’m truly glad the rhythm and feelings resonated with you. Your words about morning, hope, and new beginnings capture the spirit I hoped to convey.

Nature really is the quiet teacher—steadily reminding us to begin again, to trust cycles, and to carry belief into each new day. I’m grateful you felt that presence in the poem.

Wishing you a beautiful morning filled with calm, inspiration, and gentle hope. ☀️

  4. A beautiful and heartfelt poem, Verma ji. It truly captures the gentle miracle of a new dawn. The lines “You did not ask who I had been, / You simply said, ‘Smile again.’” are especially profound—they speak to the non-judgmental, forgiving grace that each morning offers. Your words are a soothing reminder to greet each day not with the weight of yesterday, but with gratitude for a fresh beginning. Thank you for sharing this lovely, hopeful piece. It has brightened my day.

    • Thank you so much for these generous and deeply thoughtful words. I’m truly moved by how beautifully you connected with the spirit of the poem. You captured exactly what I hoped those lines would convey—the quiet, forgiving grace that each new morning offers us without questions or conditions.

Knowing that the poem brought a sense of light and calm to your day means more to me than I can easily express. Your reflection adds another layer of warmth to the piece, and I’m grateful you took the time to share it.

    • Thank you so much. Your words really resonate with me. If something I shared can spark even a small sense of hope or motivation to face a new day, then it has done its job. In times when hope feels scarce, choosing to rise and engage with the day is itself an act of quiet courage. I truly appreciate your encouragement. 🌱
