  1. nice place to meditate. My technique – when I inhale attempt to remember a repressed event in my youth. Upon the exhale I send this specific Chi energy (some call it mindfulness) into either one or its opposing other specific internal organs within my body. This Chi aimed to increase my mitochondria production which converts Adp unto ATP.

    Why “mindfulness”? The 3rd Eye remembers repressed traumas experienced in my early youth years.
