# Why I Write ?

Writing is more than just ink on paper; it is the voice of the soul, the keeper of memories, and the healer of wounds.

This poem beautifully captures the essence of why I write every day—to express, to heal, to remember, and to create something that will outlive me. Each word holds a part of my heart, making writing not just an act, but a purpose.

Why I Write

I write each day, for these words are mine,
Some untold dreams, some thoughts divine.
Ink flows like breath upon my page,
Where whispers of my heart engage.

I write to lighten a weary heart,
To let joy and sorrow both depart.
What I couldn’t say turns into a rhyme,
What I couldn’t bear becomes a line.

I write because each day is new,
With shadows deep and moments true.
At times it finds me, at times I’m lost,
Yet every word heals, no matter the cost.

I am writing so tomorrow I can see,
The moments that still live in me.
Words paint pictures that never fade,
And memories find a home they’ve made.

I write because writing is my soul,
It mends the cracks, it makes me whole.
As long as my heart beats, so will my pen,
And my words shall live beyond my end.
