Tonight we celebrate “Nochebuena” (literally translated to “The Good Night”) which is the eve before Christmas. We get together with friends and family and have a nice dinner, drink cider and wine and eat turrones (marzipan sweets). However, before dinner I’ve still work to do on my painting which I hope to finish today. All the best to you!

Rather well Sir! I took my morning walk, as usual, greeted an artist friend who has a workshop/gallery in my neighbourhood and now I have settled in the studio for a little creative work. It is Christmas Day and a day of celebration with family and friends, but we did our celebrating yesterday evening so today it’s just a day, yes, filled with blessings but no different. That is a great way to enrich the mind, body and soul Sir. Poetry is the essence of all the arts. Today I started early and wrote one poem which I published and an article that will come out in few minutes. I will then try to paint. I am also recovering from a bad cough/cold so I did not venture out to do my morning walk. It is very cold here today and early morning it was only 1 degree.
