As someone who values the connection between body and mind, I have a variety of activities that bring me joy and promote my well-being.

Join me on a journey through swimming, table tennis, morning walks, yoga, and meditation – a celebration of movement that goes beyond typical exercise routines.

There’s a unique enchantment in the embrace of water, and swimming is the vessel that carries me into a realm of serenity and strength. The gentle resistance of the water against my body becomes a metaphor for life’s challenges, and with each stroke,

I navigate through the currents with grace. Beyond being a phenomenal full-body workout, swimming is a meditative dance that allows me to connect with the fluidity of both water and spirit.

Table tennis, with its swift rallies and quick reflexes, is a delightful ballet of agility and strategy. The sound of the ball bouncing on the table creates a rhythm that syncs with the beat of my heart.

Whether playing competitively or casually, the sport injects a burst of energy into my routine. It’s not just about scoring points; it’s about the joy of movement, the thrill of a well-placed shot, and the camaraderie shared over the table.

In the calm of the morning, as the world begins to awaken, I put on my shoes for a refreshing walk. The act of walking connects me with nature, as I breathe in the fresh morning air and watch the sky fill with sunlight.

It’s a gentle exercise that not only invigorates my body but also serves as a canvas for contemplation. Each step is a rhythm, a beat that propels me forward into the day with a sense of purpose and vitality.

      • Cháu thấy Bác đã nghỉ hưu nhưng vẫn trẻ khỏe, yêu đời và truyền cảm hứng tích cực cho đời cháu rất ngưỡng mộ. Cháu là giáo viên dạy Mĩ thuật ở vùng núi Việt Nam. Mẹ cháu cũng là giáo viên ở quê nhà…. đã nghỉ hưu. Tuổi đã già.. ở với em trai làm nghề dạy học ở thủ đô. Nhìn bác cháu nhớ mẹ và rất đồng cảm yêu quý những người cao tuổi như mẹ cháu. Cháu chúc Bác và tất cả những người hưu trí như như mẹ cháu và Bác luôn mạnh khỏe. Bình an vui vẻ hạnh phúc… cháu khuyên mẹ cháu đi xe đạp nhưng mẹ cháu không thích… cũng hay ra công viên tập thể dục như Bác. Kính Bác.
