Just as we set goals for career, fitness, and finances, setting emotional goals is a powerful way to enhance our overall well-being.

  1. Interesting. I’d never thought of emotional goals before, but they do make a lot of sense. I’ve been working with students today, doing skills audits and setting some goals. Some of their areas for development were around managing and challenging their emotions and emotional reactions. I might revisit this with them next week. Thanks Vijay
