Great Post Vijay. So much optimism in all the positives for the future. For me, I’d focus on hoping for a more equitable society. I think younger generations are challenging the status quo much more so that discrimination and bias, while it still happens, is having a light shone on it that won’t go away. It takes a long time to change, but I think society is changing and not going to back down
