The thing that a lot of people dont understand is doing nothing but sitting in the state of being is not doing things on thier phones or anything, its being in the moment.. for being on the phone or watching tv ect, is still doing something. Its been a while since I had put myself in that still moment.. eventually I will het back to it. Thanks for reminding me.

  7. I agree, it is a very important skill to teach yourself that you don’t always have to be doing something and that it is ok to just relax and chill, you don’t have to chase so many accomplishments to be content,
