  1. All of the dishes look good but I think I am especially interested in chicken Korma.

    After coming back from Bangalore I told my engineering manager at Siemens in Dallas, who is from Bangalore in India, that I ate a very delicious chicken dish at a restaurant. I told him what it was called, or thought it was called (something like chicken burgh), and he told me “Thomas, I am pretty sure the name of the dish wasn’t chicken – chicken”. Well, burgh was chicken in the local language, not the name of the dish.
