During my childhood,  we used to hear stories about a “genie” who appeared from Aladdin’s lamp.  A magical creature that used to fulfill its master’s wishes.

 Now a days,  we are using Alexa and siri as genies.

Just a few days ago a new genie has come to my notice, called a ChatGPT.

In a sense, ChatGPT can be seen as a new type of genie – one that uses artificial intelligence to help people accomplish their goals.

This innovative technology, developed by OpenAI, has taken the world by storm, transforming the way we communicate, learn, and work.

If we need a workout plan without having to pay for it. Yes, Just ask and you can get a personalized workout plan based on your body type for free. ChatGPT can be your fitness coach. However, My view is that It’s always better to run the routine by your trainer and doctor.

Make a travel itinerary

If you want to have a trip plan for any location in the world, Just asked ChatGPT to create a five-day detailed travel itinerary and it will surprise you. From checking in at the hotel and acclimatizing to visiting prominent places and we can get a day-wise plan along with a note alerting us about the fluctuating weather conditions and the importance of hydration at a high-altitude destination.

Better use of technology in the future

In addition to these practical applications, ChatGPT is also changing the way we think about artificial intelligence. With its advanced language capabilities, it has challenged our preconceived notions of what AI can do, and has opened up new possibilities for how we can use this technology in the future.

There is a big concern as well

• Working in partnership with humans has the potential to greatly improve our lives and help us achieve our goals.

• Another challenge is ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information generated by ChatGPT. With its vast amount of data, it is prone to making errors and producing misinformation, which can have serious consequences.

To mitigate this risk, it is important to use the technology in a responsible and ethical manner and to carefully monitor its outputs.

In conclusion, ChatGPT represents a new era in artificial intelligence, one that is changing the way we.

So many Ifs and Buts are there:

• Security is a huge concern as most companies avoid using third-party tools that need to access private data to provide solutions to their requirements. Plus, chatbots fail to answer random questions because there are too many variables involved.

• The AI system is unaware of what is fact and what is fiction. In simple words, it’s just a parrot that repeats everything available on the internet. So, it’s not advisable to rely on it entirely.

Can the platform be misused?

Everything that should worry us about chatGPT is — the AI genie we have let out of the bottle.

There is a fear that this AI can be misused and “used by bad actors”.. hence some regulations may be needed. “ChatGPT is essentially a large conversational model —a big neural net that’s been trained to predict the next word—and the challenges with it are similar challenges we see with the base large language models.,”
