Set aside time for yourself

Look at your emotional needs, read good books, feel satisfied yourself, and be free without worrying about your daily tasks.

Being more conscious means being in the present without thinking too much about the past or the future; choose who you want to respond to, rather than drifting away with whatever appears to be in your mind.

Stay close to people with whom you enjoy :

Spending time with people you love and whom you get along with, brings a feeling of being valued and appreciated. Having healthy relationships with your friends, family, colleagues and neighbors will help you in better emotional health

  2. To me the hardest part is counting my blessings. Not because I feel like I don’t have them or because I want to play the victim. I just feel stupid when I try to say to myself that I am grateful for something… which I’m pretty sure it should not happen. I need to work on this!
