#The Key to Happiness#

Today when I woke up in the morning, I heard my mobile beeping a lot.

I just checked and find so many morning messages there…

Saying good morning …wishing you a day filled with joy and happiness…

Someone texted…….be positive, be cheerful, and be happy at the present moments

What would you reply if someone asks you about your current mood? You will say — happy, sad, or angry.

But do you really think that it’s enough to describe your mood? How would describe an extremely amazing vacation? As a ‘happy one’?

The question is, how many times you can use the word happy. The word will lose its meaning. You can use the phrase ‘over the moon’ to express happiness or flying high… a situation when someone is happy because they are ignoring the problem or fail to realize its existence.

In fact, happiness does have a pretty important role in our lives, and it can have a huge impact on the way we live our lives.

Although researchers have yet to pin down the definition of happiness, there’s a lot we have learned in the last few decades.

We can say …, happiness is the state of feeling or showing pleasure or contentment. From this definition, we can glean a few important points about happiness:

Happiness is a state, not a trait;.

In other words, it isn’t a long-lasting, permanent feature or personality trait, but a more fleeting and changeable state..
Happiness is equated with feeling pleasure, meaning that happiness is not to be confused with joy, ecstasy, bliss, or other more intense feelings.

  • Happiness can be either feeling or showing, meaning that happiness is not necessarily an internal or external experience, but can be both.
  • But, You cannot control how other people receive your energy. Anything you say or do get filtered through the lens of whatever personal stuff they are going through at the moment. Which is not about you? Just keep doing your things with much integrity and love as possible.
  • Surround yourself with people who know your worth. You don’t need too many people to be happy, just a few real ones who appreciate you for exactly who you are…
  • I mean to say … Tomorrow is not promised, not a single second or minute.. so live for today …keep the promises you make. Take action on the things you desire and need. remind those that matter to you that they are loved and you are grateful for them.
  • Scientists have found that the three things that make people most happy are  PLEASURE (doing things you enjoy),
ENGAGEMENT (feeling interested in your activities ), and
MEANING (feeling like what you do matters).

Never leave someone you care about on negative terms, give more than you take. Make the call you have been telling yourself you will do “tomorrow”. Let the small shift go.

Never go to bed angry. We will all die one day, so learn to live each day with the promise to yourself that it will be better than yesterday…

Being Grateful.

It shouldn’t sound that easy, but it is. Many studies show that being thankful is associated with greater happiness, helping people to feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.

If you want to live a happy life, you must accept who you are?

That is the key to happiness…
