Friends,

Today is a special day for me because we are celebrating Grandparents Day with my Granddaughter.

This is a day to honor grandparents and an opportunity for grandparents to show love for their Grandchildren. It allows the Grand-parent to make aware the Grandchildren of their Love, strength, experience, and importance in the society.

Yes, there are plenty of ways to celebrate this day. My granddaughter is a lifeline for me,  So, I had a whole day plan with my little granddaughter. We organized an Art and drawing competition in the afternoon. However, I lost that competition because of my low score But  I feel happy even losing the competition.

We spent time together playing chess. She is good at chess.

Coincidentally today is her birthday too. 

Happy Birthday My Little Angel. 

We had spent a beautiful evening with a cake-cutting ceremony. There were many children gathered at the Birthday function. Being the Grandparents,  I and my wife made a lot of fun and made the evening memorable.

Friends,

We the Grand parents want to reciprocate love and happiness with our grandchildren. These are two words that mean a lot to us.

Needless to say, you do not need to spend a lot of money to make your grandparents smile and make them feel appreciated.

Why not share a card writing a lovely, heartfelt message inside?

On this occasion, I would like to share a poem of mine on this occasion.

I do not know how good it is; what matters to me is that I have made an effort to show our affection to our granddaughter.

ज़िंदगी मिल गई है

देखा है बिना कहे दिल की बात समझ लेते है

गले लगते ही दोस्त मेरा हालात समझ लेते है

मैं  परियों की किस्से सुनाता हूँ उनको  

वो जिंदगी जीने का अंदाज सीखा देते है |

हमें क्या मिले तुम…ज़िंदगी  मिल गई है

जीवन की बगिया में, कली खिल गयी है

मेरे उदास  लवों को .. हँसी मिल गई है

जमाने की सारी…खुशी मिल गई है !!

लरजते लवों को कहानी मिल गई है

तुम क्या मिले, ज़िंदगी मिल मिल गई है
