Every day, I wake up in the morning, and follow the positive affirmation before going to the morning walk. Today’s affirmation is –

“I welcome the wisdom that comes with growing older.”

After doing Yoga in the park, I practice Laugh aloud, listen to jokes on my mobile that keep me fresh.

After returning from the morning walk, I sat at my reading table. I had tea in one hand and a pen in the other.

Today I was excited to write something about my blog because I have completed two and half years in this blogging.
