Debutants Champion : Gujrat Titans

Gujrat Titans simply played an electric brand of cricket and became a champion in their debut season, IPL-2022. They must be proud of their electric performances, inexhaustible energy and the fearless approach.

Let us talk about the 15th edition IPL 2022. Much awaited IPL has now come to the end with the Steller show by Hardik Pandya with bat and ball in the final propelled Gujrat Titans has now fairy-tale title on IPL debut.

 Debutants Gujarat Titans were crowned the Indian Premier League (IPL) champions on Sunday after they beat Rajasthan Royals by seven wickets in the final in Ahmedabad.

Opting to bat first, Rajasthan never got going and posted a below-par 130 – 9 with Jos Buttler, this IPL’s leading scorer, top scoring for them with a rather subdued 39.

Gujarat captain Hardik Pandya (3-17) led by example with the ball. Pandya shown with the bat too, scoring 34 and forging a 63-run stand with Shubman Gill to help Gujarat overcome a slow start to their chase.

With more than one lakh fans cheering them vociferously, at Narendra Modi stadium on Sunday night, Shubman Gill who cracked an unbeaten 45 finished off the proceedings in style for the TITANS, pulling Obed McCoy for six to seal a seven wicket triumph in the final over a heart broken Rajasthan Royals.

Opener Gill remained unbeaten on 45, sealing Gujarat’s victory with a six and with 11 balls to spare.

Today, I would like to share some detailed information about the IPL last match played on Sunday.

The Mahakumbh of the 15th edition of IPL was going for last two months.

 There has been a lot of enthusiasm among the cricket lovers, because this year IPL is being played in Mumbai city of our country and people are enjoying the live match in the playground after the gap of two years because of the covid.
