No one likes feeling anxious. Though a tinge of anxiety can spark productivity in some people, Bur too much of it can be hazardous for one’s health.
According to Ayurveda experts, anxiety is primarily due to an aggravation of vata dosha. So, to heal anxiety, first, we need to balance our doshas.
There are three types of doshas.
Vata Dosha: Slender with prominent features, moody, impulsive, and enthusiastic. This dosha is associated with the large intestine, pelvis bones, ears, thighs, and skin.
Pitta Dosha:Medium builds, well-proportioned, stable weight. This dosha is associated with the small intestine, stomach, sweat glands, eyes, skin, and blood.
Kapha Dosha: Solid, heavy, strong, with a tendency to be overweight. This dosha is associated with the lungs, chest, and spinal fluid.
