When things are happening according to our wish. We feel happy and praise God for his grace.
On the other hand, we feel despondency and despair when things are happening against our will and in that situation also, we request God for his blessings.
We know that both happiness and sorrow are related to our life.
Therefore, we should not hesitate much in happiness and we should not panic in sorrow.
We believe in God and we should be grateful for what we have..
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more, It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.” …..Melody Beattie
Now, It is the time when giving thanks is top of our minds. In this stage of corona pandemic that caused us to think about all of the special things in our lives and express gratitude towards them. We are safe and must be grateful to God..
An attitude of gratitude, i.e. to express thankfulness and appreciation in all parts of our life, on regular basis for both the bigger and smaller things in our life.
It is the fact that Life will be better if we develop an attitude of gratitude.
We all are receiving so many graces from the universe. The earth we walk upon, the air we breathe, the sunlight that falls on our skin creating vitamin D for us.
I have started gratitude journal – expressing gratitude in this journal every night by noting the things that I am grateful for in this moment,
Grateful For My Health
Without your health, you’ve got nothing going on. I thank God every day for good health.” Ric Flair
In this corona pandemic, many of my friends and relative lost their life leaving behind family in deep sorrow.
Yes, I have even had a couple of serious health issues in my life but now I am doing well.
I try to get plenty of sleep, eat healthy, and exercise most of the time.
Grateful for Financially Independent
Nearly 1/2 of the world’s population — more than 3 billion people — live on less than $2.50 a day. More than 1.3 billion live in extreme poverty — less than $1.25 a day. — DoSomething.org
After retirement, three years ago , I don’t have any financial problems and life is going on smoothly.
All the liability is covered with the assets I have and I am having enough passive income to meet all my financial requirement.
Yes, I am financially independent and I am grateful to have enough money for living peaceful and happy life.
Grateful for Amazing friends and relatives.
When people meet and greet each other with happy hearts, they may mean they love each other. Since the pandemic started, I have generally connected to all my friends and family through video conferencing almost on a daily basis.
Helping hands and words are very effective medicine for good health.
I am grateful to have an amazing friends and relatives that keep me going.
Grateful For Amazing Family
“Family is not an important thing. It’s everything.” — Michael J. Fox
I am blessed with a family who loves and supports me always. . I can’t imagine going through life without them.
We don’t always agree on everything, despite we always love and support each other.
I get to experience life and all that it has to offer with my best friends who also happen to be my family member.
I am grateful to be blessed with a family who loves and cares about me.
Grateful For My Home
I have read somewhere that, about 2% of the world’s population is homeless, and about 20% lack adequate housing.
I with My family am blessed with a beautiful home. It is not the biggest home in our town. It might even be the smallest, but it is the right size for my small family.
It keeps us dry when it rains, and it keeps us isolated from the heat of summer and the cold of winter. My home is sweet home.
I am grateful for my home.
Grateful For The Mistakes I Have Made
“Pain is a very precious gift. Do not waste it.” — Martha SingleterryI
If I never made any mistakes in life, I would have missed out on a lot of the most valuable lessons that I have learned from them.
Yes, that was our most difficult situations that teach us the most.
I have gone through some tough times over the last few years.
The tough times have changed me completely for the better.
I can choose to view the pain of these situations as a blessing or a curse.
Yes, I am grateful for the pain that has made me who I am today, and I wouldn’t want to be anyone else.
It is great to be focused on my goals and trying to improve my life…
But, I need to make sure that I am taking some time to be grateful for everything and everyone that I have in my life.
I am grateful for what I have learned from my mistakes in life. Now I have an amazing life.
“I am happy because I’m grateful. I choose to be grateful. That gratitude allows me to be happy.” — Will Arnett
