A heartfelt reflection on the beautiful struggle of a writer searching for the right words. Moving through memories of love, loss, happiness and life’s challenges, the poem discovers that writing is not about finding perfect words or creating something extraordinary.
It is about listening to the heart, embracing every emotion and allowing life’s experiences to find their way onto the page.
# Let the Heart Speak #
I woke this morning, lost in thought,
Searching for words that couldn’t be caught.
My heart was full, my mind unclear—
What should I write? What should I share?
Shall I write of love that bloomed and stayed,
Or broken promises and dreams that faded?
Of smiling faces and silent tears,
Of cherished moments through passing years?
Shall I write of you, your smile, your eyes,
Of love that blooms or painful goodbyes?
Or life’s small joys, its endless fight,
The darkest hours, the hope, the light?
Then my heart whispered, soft and true,
“Write what you feel; let your words flow through.
Don’t search for greatness or touch the sky,
Just write your truth; let your heart reply.”
So let me write of joy and pain,
Of falling down and rising again.
Of every sunrise, whatever may be,
The life’s gift and the soul set free.

Verma ji, I love how this captures the feelings every writer goes through. Sometimes, the heart has so much to say, yet finding the right words feels impossible. 🤍 Beautiful reminder to simply write what we feel and let the heart speak. 🦋✨

Thank you so much for your beautiful words! ❤️
Indeed, sometimes writing is not about finding the perfect words but about giving our unspoken feelings a voice. I believe the heart always knows what it wants to say; the pen simply helps it express. Keep writing, keep feeling, and keep spreading love! 🤍

Dear Verma ji,
Your poem “Let the Heart Speak” is a gentle reminder of something we often forget—that the most beautiful writing doesn’t come from chasing perfection, but from simply letting our truth flow onto the page.
The way you captured that restless morning of searching for words, the questions we all ask ourselves about what truly matters—love, loss, joy, pain—it felt like you were reading my own heart. And then that whisper: “Write what you feel; let your words flow through”—what a profound and freeing message.
This poem isn’t just about writing; it’s about living fully, embracing every emotion, and trusting that our experiences—messy and beautiful as they are—deserve to be expressed.
Thank you for this gift. It touched my soul. 🙏✨
