This poem explores the deep emotions of a broken heart. The words serve as a powerful expression of inner struggles, showing a soul dealing with loss, sadness, and the heavy pressures of life.
Immerse in a shadowy world filled with pain and sorrow.
The Unspoken Poem
This is not a poem,
But the cry of a soul undone,
A symphony of silent screams,
Where light has long since run.
Not ink upon a page,
But blood on the freezing snow,
A life locked in a cage,
Where shadows endlessly grow.
Each line, a tear unshed,
A whisper strangled by pain,
A love that lies stone dead,
A heart that beats in vain.
The essence of my being,
A vine, twisted and torn,
Where joy is fleeting, fleeing,
And hope is left forlorn.
A madness deep inside,
A howling, hungry beast,
Where reason cannot hide,
And solace finds no feast.
A fire burns within,
Consuming dreams I hold,
A love that turned to sin,
A story left untold.
A garland of the past,
Each bead a memory’s sting,
A love that couldn’t last,
A wounded, broken wing.
A mirror cracked and cold,
Reflecting all I’ve lost,
A story that never untold,
Revealing the ultimate cost.
A rhythm, low and deep,
A mournful, hollow plea,
Where shadows softly creep,
And I can never be free.
This is not a poem,
But a soul laid bare and raw,
A life forever broken,
Beneath fate’s cruelest claw.

Wonderful poem Verma ji 🌷🤝 This poem is a haunting, raw outpouring of grief and despair—each line bleeds with unspoken pain and shattered hope. A powerful lament of a soul trapped in its own darkness, where even silence screams. Profoundly moving.

Thank you so much for your deeply thoughtful words. 🌷🙏
I’m truly touched that the poem resonated with you on such an emotional level. Sometimes, the deepest emotions can only find their way through silence and verse—and knowing that you felt that silent scream means everything to me.
Your kind reflection strengthens my purpose to keep writing from the soul. Grateful beyond words. 💙

Beautiful poem! Did you draw/paint these portraits?

Thank you so much for your kind words. 😊💙
Yes, I did create the portraits myself. Painting and poetry go hand in hand for me—
they both allow emotions to flow in different yet beautiful forms. I’m glad you noticed and appreciated both! 🎨🖋️
Your support truly means a lot—stay connected and inspired! ✨🌸

How did you learn to sketch and draw? Or is it a born gift?

That’s a wonderful question—thank you! 🙏
Honestly, I wasn’t born with this talent. It blossomed gradually, especially after retirement, when I finally gave time to my long-suppressed creative side. ✍️🎨
At first, I just followed my instincts—shapes, colors, and emotions guided my hand. Later, I explored online tutorials, observed nature more deeply, and most importantly, practiced regularly. With every sketch and brushstroke, I discovered something new about myself.
So, I’d say it’s not a born gift—but a gift I chose to unwrap slowly, with patience and love. 💫
Creativity lives within all of us… we just need the right time to let it bloom. 🌼
