Dear friends,

I am Vijay Kumar Verma, a retired Banker, but a genuine lover of reading and passionate about my drawing & painting. I have spent a lot of time in Kolkata , in fact I love to be here in Kolkata ..

I have kept so many hobbies from my childhood. I love to play the mouth – organ, listen to old music and write poems whenever I get time.

During my professional life of Banker, all of my hobbies were hibernating because of the paucity of time. After retirement, I had enough time to enjoy my old hobbies.

One day I decided to explore other qualities in me and generated so many new hobbies such as gardening, painting, traveling and writing poems.

At the advice of my friends, finally I decided to pursue my passion for Blog writing. Although I was not prolific in writing, social media makes me crazy to try in this field.

With some hesitation and a bit of nervousness in mind, I started writing blogs at the beginning of new year 2020. The month was January and the date was obviously 1st. Before that I had created my first website in the name of http://www.retiredkalam.com.

It is a matter of great pleasure that after my 2 year sincere efforts in Blogging;  I achieved something that I would like to share with you all. Yes, I have posted 1600  Blogs with 250 k views and 1001 followers to date.

Not only that, I have posted 403 articles on a streak. That may be considered as my achievement being the beginner in this field.

Now-a-days,  I am engaged in writing love – stories and poems and now I am passionate about these new hobbies.  

 I feel that the world is full of stories….real ones are mixed with fake one.. so the picking of the real story is not so easy. 

The feeling about love has changed a lot with the pace of time . True love lost its nature in the present circumstances. For most of the people, love is only a pleasure of time, others just act well in front of viewers.

Living in such a world where it is difficult to find true love and genuine friends , trusted friends, selfless friends.

How do you feel? I don’t know ..

We can see the swiftness of wings everywhere .  When you realize the fact that what is going on in the present time with you is the very guiding factor for you. The path where your life is full of love, heading towards, may be a true love-story.  

 I have created such a true love story in my mind a few days before and that is finding the place in pages of my old diary. Just wait when it will find a place in the blog.
