# Keep your cool by acupressure #

Some time back, I had encountered a serious problem of overthinking and stress.

I was suffering from the critical problems because someone got success in draining my intellectual, physical, and mental energy.

Someone had belittled me that caused my self-esteem and self-confidence to fly out of my mind.

During that time, I learned hard lessons while trying to please everyone and caring what others thought of me.

This has happened when I eagerly donate others what I possess. But instead of that, they have nothing to offer me back.

Someone truly said that transferring energy is real ! If you constantly interacting with, surrounded by, pouring your feeling and yourself into an empty person, they will eventually suck you completely dry.

Do not get out of your character to fit into someone’s character. Own your self-worth and no one should allow to lower your self-esteem and level of confidence. The time has come now to stop being people pleasers and not to donate everything to please others.

Someone said correctly that maturity is when you learn to walk away from people and situations that threaten your peace of mind, self-respect, values, morals, or self-worth.”

We used to be stressed repeatedly, often tired of the adverse external situation, feel a difficulty in finding peace of mind.

We are always just looking for greater meaning and purpose in life. Really, the life of today is stressful.

This is due to pressure of facing problem and challenging situations on a daily basis that we use to habitual of handling in our life.

Don’t look for someone who will solve all your problems,
Look for someone who won’t let you face them alone..

  5. I have learned some points through your blog post. One other stuff I would like to mention is that there are many games out there designed specially for preschool age small children. They include pattern acknowledgement, colors, wildlife, and styles. These commonly focus on familiarization instead of memorization. This keeps a child engaged without sensing like they are studying. Thanks
